Service Description

Process & Packaging line technical services (PPTS)

PPTS offers a client company a way to harness imec’s specific knowledge and experience, with the main aim to improve the efficiency and operation of production lines. Reporting will outline the description of issues found, the nature of the mechanism which has caused the issue, and a list of options for remedial actions, including estimated budget costs for implementation.

Process & Packaging line continuous improvement (PPLCI)

PPLCI will involve a ‘hands on’ approach to resolving issues arising from the preliminary reports. Focus will be on a logical approach to maximising efficiencies and reducing waste. Reporting will involve detailed measurement of existing processes (primarily levels of efficiency and waste), actions, costs and timescales for improvements.

Size change, maintenance and training documentation (SCMTD)

SCMTD will involve a ‘hands on’ approach to researching and improving methology and documentation of machinery size change, maintenance and training.

Project Management

Project management services include defining client needs, preparing bid documents, tendering, contract administration. Projects include capital purchase, relocations, repairs and refurbishment.
